Manhong Wu, Ph.D.Basic Life Research Scientist

    biography

    Manhong received her Ph.D. in Microbiology from University of British Columbia, Vancouver BC, Canada. After her postdoctoral training at the University of Washington Seattle, she was a research associate at the Children’s Nutrition Research Center, Texas Children’s Hospital at the Baylor College of Medicine, Houston Texas. She joined Peltz lab in 2008. Her research focus is on metabolomics and drug metabolism. She has been developing mass spectrometric methods for proteomic and metabolomic applications. She recently developed the novel method for measuring analytes in 8 ul blood samples.

    Manhong is a Warriors fan in training.
