
biography
Wan received her Ph.D in human genetics from the University of Pittsburgh, and completed post-doctoral training at Stanford and UCSF. She joined the Peltz lab in June 2017, and has been studying drug-induced liver toxicity (DILI) using chimeric mice with humanized livers. She also designs and generates genome engineered mice using the CRISPR/Cas9 technique.

In her spare time, Wan plays in an amateur basketball team.
